Patron Access Account Request

If you would like access to view your account activity online, please complete this form.  Once the form is submitted and authorized you will receive an email notification from Merchant Server with a link to the login page, a temporary password, and the Web Login ID that you create. If you already have Patron Access, click here to log in to your account.

Please note your request for Patron Access will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  Any request submitted after hours, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
