Energy Account Specialist – Full Time

Frenchman Valley Coop in Imperial, NE is looking for Energy Account Specialists to provide sales support, quality customer service and products to customers through the development and recommendations of energy products and programs to fit individual consumer needs.

This position will work with customers to maintain regular communication with existing assigned accounts and will work directly with customers on orders, billing, accounting, contracting, understanding of business or residential need, delivery scheduling and follow-up.  The right candidate must have excellent customer service, high attention to detail, outstanding computer skills to include MS Office / MS Excel and will work closely with outside sales force as well as operations and be an essential part of the Energy Division by providing inside sales and accounting support as well as coordination with delivery schedules and drivers.
